Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

Open Sync & Shop
Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
Confirm by tapping Delete

Or ask us to do it

If you can no longer sign in, email support@syncnshop.com from the address you registered with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm your identity, delete it, and reply to confirm — within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately	Kept, and why
Your sign-in credentials Your profile and nickname Your notification preferences Your push notification tokens Your membership in every group Any connected calendar credentials	Content you added to a group that still has other members — a shopping item, an event, a task, a chat message — stays visible to them, because it is part of their shared record too. Transaction records for any paid subscription, for as long as Romanian tax and accounting law requires.

If you want your content gone too: delete it from the group before you delete your account. Once your account is gone, we can no longer identify which items were yours.

Groups you administer

If you are a group's administrator and other members remain, that role automatically transfers to another member. The group continues.
If you are the last member of a group, the entire group is deleted — its shopping list, calendar, tasks, chores, and chat history — permanently.

This cannot be undone

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery period and no way for us to restore a deleted account. If you want to keep anything, save it before you delete.
